This is me, testing a new app and considering a blog reboot. If this is the most recent post on the page, you may continue to consider this blog dead until further notice.
Dear Aunt Becca,
Mommy said you applied to music school. I hope you get in, but in the meantime, I thought you might like a music lesson. Mommy took pictures so you could understand everything.
A tambourine is a circle with jingly things around the edge.
It’s a percussion instrument, which means you play it by hitting.
Good job! You’ll have the shaking part mastered in no time. The other way to play a tambourine is by hitting. You can bang it against the furniture,or you can hold it in one hand while you hit it with the other hand.
If you practice lots, maybe we can play together at our next family reunion! I can’t wait to teach you all about music. Mommy said she’d buy me a washboard next!
